Summary: Responsible for managing the development and support of the enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. This individual will direct and lead the day-to-day activities of the IT Data Warehouse staff. This position reports to the Corporate Director IT.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for budgeting, evaluation, procurement, installation, configuration, upgrades, trouble-shooting, and support of EDW/CRM related computer and communications hardware, operating systems and application software.
Responsible for coordinating and participating in the process of providing service to users, resolving user problems and providing instruction and training to users to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Responsible for EDW/CRM related disaster recovery planning and testing, capacity planning, security administration, software licensing, monitoring and tuning performance, ensuring integrity of backups, preventative maintenance and maximizing system availability.
Responsible for staying informed on new technologies with a view towards integrating them into the company*s architecture. Recommend and implement process improvements and purchases that will improve system performance, user productivity, customer satisfaction and/or reduce costs.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Personnel management responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, performance management, career development, and allocation and prioritization of work of the IT Data Warehouse staff. Participate in the development of policies and procedures, manage compliance and ensure cross training of responsibilities. This position is also responsible for the selection and management of consultants.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor*s degree in Information Technology or related field; must have a broad business operation and technical background in multiple aspects of Teradata data warehouse and customer relationship management development and support with over (8) years of IT experience and a minimum of (3) years Supervisory/Project Management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to senior management.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Previous Teradata experience is preferred.

A successful candidate must have a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong customer service, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are required. Must have a proven track record of leading numerous projects simultaneously, establishing effective priorities among competing requirements and meeting deadlines while demonstrating a successful hands-on approach to overseeing all assigned projects. Must possess strong administrative, analytical, technical, time and project management, problem resolution and decision making skills. Previously demonstrated ability to obtain sponsorship from senior level management is required. This position interfaces with all departments, other IT staff and outside vendors. Experience working directly with customers in understanding business needs is required. Must have demonstrated ability to attract, retain, motivate and lead a team of skilled IT professionals.
